Ninjutsu: techniques
To learn ninjutsu, techniques and fitness are the first two terms you have to learn. You need to be in good health, and then, little by little, you will learn the various movements to become a true ninja.
Ninjutsu: techniques to learn
The ninjutsu techniques that every practitioner of this martial art must know as he practices and introduces himself in its ways are the following:
Tai hen jutsu: these techniques are associated with the joint movement of the body.
Kamae: they are the guards. They actually encompass a complete attitude of the practically, so they are considered complex.
Aruki: in this case we are talking about displacements. Here the various needs of moving around the terrain are covered, whether by crawling, on foot, silently, at full speed ...
Kaiten: These are the bearings, that is, the evasions of an attack.
Ukemi: It's all about the falls. Learning to control how to fall reduces damage taken.
Daken tai jutsu: it is the use of weapons in a defensive attitude or in the throwing of blows.
Kopp jutsu: striking is aimed at breaking bones or joints.
Kyusho: diverse striking styles along with pressures on specific points of the human anatomy that are especially fragile.
Ju tai jutsu: the enemy is thrown and hurled.
Gyaku waza: dislocations of the extension of the enemy body.
Nage waza: throws of the opponent using force.
Shime waza: Effective choke of the opponent.
Sutemi waza: characteristic technique of sacrifice by means of deception to knock down the opponent after giving up.
